Our team partners closely with clients to translate strategy into practical solutions that deliver measurable workforce outcomes.

Brian Fieser

Founder & Managing Partner

Dr. Brian Fieser is a consulting psychologist and Managing Partner at Blue Crab Consulting. Throughout his career and leadership in Human Capital Management (HCM) strategy and software, he has engaged most effectively on driving outcomes that align strategic intent, business process, and software capabilities.

Brian previously served as co-founder and President/CEO of 3D Results, a boutique consultancy serving SuccessFactors/SAP HCM customers. Upon the acquisition of 3D Results by Rizing, Brian served as HCM President of North America, leading the largest dedicated and certified consultancy in the SAP/SuccessFactors global ecosystem. Brian also serves as a non-profit board member, investor, and advisor to technology enabled professional service start-ups and was a faculty member at Loyola University Chicago.

Brian currently resides in Oak Park, IL, a near suburb of Chicago.

Hendrik Fischer

Founder & Managing Partner

Hendrik Fischer is a Managing Partner at Blue Crab Consulting. He is responsible for leading the strategic growth and daily operations of the firm. Hendrik has more than 20 years of global management experience in various high-tech and SaaS industries. His diverse leadership background makes him a successful executive in operations, global sales, and go-to-market positions. 

Prior to this role at BCC, Hendrik was the EVP of Sales and Marketing for 3D Results, a premier boutique in HR consulting and SAP SuccessFactors implementation services. After the acquisition of 3D Results by Rizing, he served as the EVP of Sales for North America. Previously, he has also served as General Manager for Bell and Howell International, leading all global business activities. Hendrik holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from the RWTH in Aachen, Germany and an MBA from TUM in Munich, Germany. 

Hendrik currently resides in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina

Michele Hula Miller

National Sales Director

Michele Hula-Miller serves as National Sales Director at Blue Crab Consulting, where she partners with organizations to navigate complex workforce transformations through a consultative, client-first approach. For more than twenty-five years, she has collaborated with business and HR leaders across industries, guiding strategic conversations that uncover workforce challenges and translate them into practical solutions across HR technology, talent intelligence platforms, and workforce strategy aligned with each client’s objectives.

Michele is known for her consultative engagement style—prioritizing listening, discovery, and thoughtful problem-solving before recommending technology or services. She brings extensive experience coordinating global initiatives, building trusted executive relationships, and leading high-performing enterprise sales and account management teams. For over a decade, Michele held leadership roles within leading SAP SuccessFactors professional services firms, where she led North American Enterprise Sales and Account Management teams supporting many of the world’s most recognized organizations. Prior to focusing on professional and consultative services, she held enterprise software sales roles with SAP SuccessFactors, Yahoo!, HotJobs, and Resumix.

Michele currently resides in Naperville, Illinois.

Lori Marra

Head of Managed Services & PMO

Lori Marra leads Blue Crab Consulting’s Managed Services and PMO teams. Over more than two decades, she has developed deep expertise in driving HR business transformation through process re-engineering and HR technology solutions. Lori brings extensive functional and technical HR experience across core systems, talent acquisition and onboarding, learning, time and attendance, workforce analytics, and labor relations.

Lori has managed and implemented numerous HR and business applications, both as a client and as a consulting partner, supporting solutions including Oracle, Lawson, SAP SuccessFactors, and Taleo. Her experience spans a wide range of industries including retail, financial services, hospitality, semiconductor, insurance, utilities, telecommunications, education, and counterterrorism.

Lori currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Sally Elstad

Head of Workforce Transformation, Change Management & Skill Baesd Talent  Strategy 

Sally Elstad, MA leads Blue Crab Consulting’s workforce transformation, change management, and skill-based talent strategy services. She partners with organizations to modernize talent strategies, redesign HR operating models, and guide the people side of AI-enabled transformation. Her work focuses on helping organizations understand the capabilities of their workforce, align HR and technology strategies, and implement structured change programs that drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.

As an organizational psychologist, Sally brings behavioral science and practical change leadership together to help organizations successfully navigate complex transformations. Her team specializes in AI-driven workforce transformation and work redesign, helping organizations rethink how work gets done by breaking roles into tasks, skills, and workflows and define practical strategies that integrate AI into the flow of work

 

Prior to joining BCC, she held leadership roles in HR, organizational development, and professional services, including leading change management and digital adoption practices at two SAP SuccessFactors consultancies, directing solution incubation teams, and managing workforce optimization, M&A integration, and strategic transformation initiatives.

Sally currently resides in Prior Lake, Minnesota.
